My stay at the cabin was mixed. I appreciated the beautiful cabin and the great location, but I encountered several issues that impacted my experience. While I had good customer service when I needed assistance, there were just too many inconveniences to rate my stay highly.

Rooms
5.0
The cabin was beautiful and clean, but the furniture was quite old, especially the sofa bed and there was a lack of seating. Also, the lack of a remote for the DVD player was frustrating. I expected the cabin’s amenities to be functional.
Service
5.0
Customer service was responsive, especially when I reported the hot water issue and power outage. However, I felt the resolution could have been more thorough, especially regarding the DVD player remote.

I didn't utilize the dining services much during my stay, but the nearby options catered to different tastes.
Facilities

While I enjoyed the well-kept grounds and the cabin's central location to Branson attractions, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues and a problematic jacuzzi tub. The cabin's maintenance was lacking and there were significant inconveniences, especially regarding plumbing.

My cabin was overall spacious, but I encountered problems with a dirty jacuzzi tub and unpleasant mattress. The issues with cleanliness included finding cobwebs and dusty surfaces which was disappointing.

I found the customer service to be quite poor, especially since there was no compensation for the plumbing issues and the lack of water on the first day.

I had a nice stay at the Cabins At Grand Mountain. The cabin was spacious and clean, which was great for my family. However, I found the decor a bit outdated and the location of our cabin was a little hard to find. Overall, it was close to everything in Branson, making it convenient.

The two-bedroom cabin was super spacious and clean, but the decor felt a bit outdated. It would’ve been nice to have a more comfortable and modern touch.

The location is pretty awesome. It's close to all the attractions on the main strip, which made it easy to get around.

I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at the Cabins At Grand Mountain, which was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—quiet and close to everything in Branson. The cabin decor was cute, and the owners are really sweet. However, there were several cleanliness issues, like dusty blinds and a dirty dishwasher, which could have been better addressed. Overall, I appreciated the quick responsiveness of the staff when I raised concerns. 😊

Rooms

The Two-Bedroom Cabin was spacious and nicely decorated, but it could use some upgrades to the beds for better comfort.

I had a generally nice stay at Cabins At Grand Mountain, but there were areas that could use improvement. While the cabin itself was clean and well-located close to everything in Branson, I did run into a few issues that impacted my experience. The lighting along the path to the cabin was insufficient, and some amenities, like the jacuzzi tub, needed attention to be fully functional.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a One-Bedroom Cabin which was quite nice overall, though some maintenance issues were apparent, such as a poorly functioning jacuzzi faucet and a loose headboard. The bed was comfortable, and the cabin was clean, just could use a few minor repairs.
Service
6.0
While the location was great, the service could be better. I did have a couple of maintenance requests, and the responses were slower than I hoped, making me feel a bit neglected. Prompt follow-ups from the management would have greatly improved my experience.
Location
9.0
The location is a major highlight. It is set in a quiet area yet very close to everything I wanted to do in downtown Branson. I loved how accessible it was to local attractions.
Dining
7.0
Dining options weren't specifically highlighted during my stay, but being so close to the main strip, I found plenty of nearby eateries that catered to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Facilities
6.0
I found the facilities to be clean, but some amenities weren't fully functional during my stay. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work effectively, and there were a few maintenance issues that I believe need addressing.
